Version 5.2 Feature Update
The current release is Pixel!FX
2000. However, we are making this archived
list of features available for the convenience of
customers using older versions of Pixel!FX.
The current version contains all the features below
as well as newer enhancements added prior to the latest
release.

loaded at startup time.
- Calibration support for the Macbeth ColorChecker
target has been added.
- The number of uniform sample values captured from
target(s) has been increased, resulting in improved
calibration.
- Support for 30-bit color/10-bit grayscale scanning
on the HP ScanJet 3c/4c scanner models has been
added.
- HP ScanJet users can now save and load HP ScanJet-specific
settings.
- Support for 30-bit color/10-bit grayscale scanning
with the UMAX Astra 1200S has been added.

supported.
- JPEG progressive and quality settings are now
supported.
- TIFF JPEG quality support has been added.
- GIF/JPEG loading and saving is now significantly
faster.
- Line art image display has been greatly improved.
- Image resolution is now saved in JPEG files.
- The Mentalix file format can be loaded.

- FrameMaker 5.5 is now supported.
- Border pixel replication methods for scale and
rotate have been improved.
- Bilinear & Bicubic transform (scale & rotate)
