Problem:

The options for the Pixel!SCAN Plug-In during installation do not match the password keys on the fax.

Solution:

Use Pixel!SCAN Plug-In for Pixel!SCAN Plug-In 1, and use Pixel!FX2 for Pixel!SCAN Plug-In 2.
