Subject: Microtek ScanMaker IIsp scanner reset/attach error

Problem:
Trying to use the Microtek ScanMaker IIsp scanner results in the
error 'Cannot reset or attach scanner.'
Solution:
- Edit the $PIXELFXDIR/scanner.ref file.
- Change the line:
<hostname>; scanmakerIIsp; <scannername>; /dev/scanmakerIIsp_....
TO
<hostname>; ScanmakerIIsp; <scannername>; /dev/scanmakerIIsp_....
- Save this file and start Pixel!FX again.
