Fed Submit (Texas)

For submitting electronic fingerprint records to Texas DPS

Mentalix's Fed Submit (TX) product is used by law enforcement agencies that submit criminal fingerprint cards and arrest records to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). Applicant cards can also be printed for mailing by organizations that must submit background checks to the Texas DPS -- e.g., for a person applying for a job at a police department or school district. A specialized version of Mentalix's Fed Submit (Criminal) software, Fed Submit (TX) is tailored specifically to meet the requirements for Texas DPS submissions. Already in use by Texas law enforcement agencies, Fed Submit (TX) is one of the first solutions in the state to offer transmission of encrypted fingerprint records via the Internet.

Sample Configuration

Fed Submit (TX) provides multiple options for add-ons and configurations. The diagram shows a sample setup for a police department with separate adult and juvenile booking stations. Each booking station submits records directly to DPS.
